CUVEE BLUE is a wild ale co-fermented with premium Victorian chardonnay grapes for 11 months in French oak puncheons, then liberally dosed with whole blueberries for a further 3 months in oak.
Expect a roller coaster ride of unique yeast-driven flavours that finishes wonderfully sour and juicy courtesy of the Australian Blueberries.
